From Our Beginnings in Singapore to Markets Around the World

Li Chuan's story is one of entrepreneurship, exploration and evolution.

From our beginnings in Singapore, we have grown from a local food manufacturer specialising in surimi based products into a food manufacturing business with operations in Singapore, China and Vietnam, serving customers across domestic and international markets.

Our journey has been shaped by a willingness to explore new ideas and technologies and to adapt as consumer preferences and markets have changed. From the early introduction of Japanese surimi manufacturing technology in Singapore to the development of manufacturing capabilities across the region, each stage has opened new possibilities for the business.

More than three decades later, Li Chuan continues to build on the experience, knowledge and relationships developed throughout this journey.
